The competition aimed to give students a chance to showcase their creativity and understand the importance of amalgamation of Science, Technology and People.

The logo competition for the Indo Japan S&T Forum revolves around the theme of “Science, Technology & People.” It provides students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity while emphasizing the importance of integrating these three elements. The winning logo will be used to represent the Indo Japan S&T Forum on various platforms.

  • Register using the provided QR code or link on the poster.
  • Submit entries through a Google form sent after registration.
  • Maximum of 3 logos allowed per participant.
  • Entries submitted through any other medium will not be considered.
  • Open to students from universities in India and Japan.
  • The entry must be an individual project.
  • Logo must be original and free of provocative or inappropriate content.
  • No infringement on third-party Intellectual Property Rights.
  • Participant must be the designer of the logo.
  • Zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism.
  • Contest terms and conditions are subject to change, posted on https://csp.iisc.ac.in/
  • Participants are responsible for staying informed about any changes.
  • Participants must comply with guidelines and conditions.
  • Entries submitted by one individual will not be visible to others.
  • All the entries received would be assessed by a committee for preliminary evaluation.
  • Entries would be judged on the basis of Novelty (20%), Relevance (40%), Simplicity (20%) and Versatility (20%).
  • The decision of the Selection Committee would be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants for any of their decisions.

The Indo Japan S&T Forum is a collaborative initiative between Keio University in Japan, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in India, and the India Japan Laboratory. This forum aims to organize science-based events and foster collaborations between the two countries. By engaging local communities, it helps develop skills, expand knowledge, and build cross-cultural relationships, preparing students for future careers in a global economy.

  • Participants should upload the logo in JPEG or PDF format only.
  • The topic for the logo competition is Science, Technology and People.
  • The logo can be designed in your comfort or using any software.
  • The logo should be designed for Keio University and IISc.
  • Participants should not imprint or watermark logo design.
  • Logo cannot be a one that is collaged.
  • Logo can be designed in colour.
  • The logo should not have any animation effects.
  • Any background for the logo is acceptable.

Top three winners will be awarded with the cash prizes as follows along with the certificates.

1st  –  ₹ 7,500

2nd –  ₹ 5,000

3rd  –  ₹ 2,500
