Savyasachee Jha is a PhD student working on neonatal healthcare policy at the Department of Management Studies and at the Centre for Society and Policy.

He obtained his BE degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani in 2014. He was awarded the Monbugakusho Scholarship by the Japanese government for the duration of his M. Tech in Synthetic Chemistry from Kyoto University, which he obtained in 2017.
