Minnu Malieckal is a Project Associate at the Centre for Society and Policy, IISc Bengaluru. She has obtained her B.Sc. (Hons) in economics from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, under the University of Calcutta in 2018 and completed her M.A. in economics from Pondicherry University in 2020. She has also obtained a Master of Population Studies from the International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai in 2021.

Her research interests include health, demography, population ageing, gender issues and development economics.
