Arnav is a Policy Fellow with the Centre for Society and Policy at the Indian Institute of Science. He is also associated with the Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India - Policy Analytics and Insights Unit as a Policy Fellow.

His interests lie in exploring matters relating to technology, society and geopolitics. In his current role, he is primarily engaged in international technology engagements, quantum science & technology and technology sovereignty and security matters. Prior to this, he was at Carnegie India, where he focused on emerging issues in the technology policy landscape with implications for society, ranging from AI Safety & Governance to Biotech and Cybersecurity.

Arnav has a deep interest in technology, given his background as a computer science engineer. Previously, he has also been associated with Accenture, Ericsson, CDAC and IFFCO, in different capacities.
